Start a travel consult 4–6 weeks before you fly so series vaccines (hepatitis A, some typhoid schedules) can be completed.
Yellow fever ICVP ('yellow card') cards are issued only by designated centres and become valid 10 days after the dose. If we are not currently designated, we still counsel and refer.
Hajj and Umrah typically require documented meningococcal ACWY vaccination.
Typhoid and hepatitis A vaccines lower risk; they do not replace safe water and food.
Malaria is prevented with nets, repellents, and sometimes tablets — not a routine vaccine. Ask during counselling.
